Five Element Zen Shiatsu
Five Element Zen Shiatsu is a form of bodywork that integrates principles of Zen Shiatsu and Five Element Shiatsu. Thumb and palm pressure is used to balance the body's energy flow and promote natural healing. Treatments are performed while the client is lying fully clothed on a futon on the floor.
Seated Shiatsu
Seated Shiatsu is based on the same principles as Five Element Zen Shiatsu. However, treatments are carried out while the client is sitting in an upright position rather than lying. Treatment times are shorter as only the back, neck, shoulders and arms are worked in this position.
Meridian Massage
Unlike any other oil-based massage that focuses mainly on the musculoskeletal system, meridian massage considers the body as an interconnected system, addressing physical, mental and emotional imbalances. A combination of Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage and Shiatsu techniques are used to promote relaxation and rebalance energy flow within the body.
